Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy explains what TroveCoupon (https://trovecoupon.com) collects, why, and what you
can do about it.

The short version

We do not sell your personal information. We have no user accounts, so there is
nothing to sign up for and no password to lose. We do not knowingly collect
anything from children under 13.

What we collect

  • Standard server logs. Like every website, our host records
requests: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the
referring page, and a timestamp. We use this to keep the site running, spot
    abuse, and fix errors.
  • Analytics. We may use analytics software to count visits
and see which brand pages are useful. It tells us how many people visited a
page — not who you are.
  • Anything you send us. If you email us about a broken code,
we have your message and your email address until we are done with it.

We do not ask for your name, address, payment details, or date of birth,
because we have no use for them.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

Our own site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to serve pages correctly.

When you click a link to a brand, that brand or its affiliate network may set
its own cookie so it can attribute the visit to us and pay a commission. That
cookie is set by them, on their terms, under their privacy policy — not ours. We
never receive your order contents, your card details, or your identity from it.
See our Affiliate Disclosure.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still
work; the brand simply will not know we sent you.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers that make the site work — our hosting provider and,
where used, our analytics provider — and only to the extent they need it. We do
not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we have never done so.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or
California under the CCPA/CPRA), you can ask us what personal data we hold about
you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to certain processing. Because we
hold so little, the answer is often “nothing beyond server logs” — but ask us and
we will tell you honestly. Email us via the Contact page
and we will respond within 30 days. Making a request costs you nothing and we
will not treat you differently for making one.

Data retention and security

Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and
debugging, then rotated out. Email you send us is deleted once the issue is
resolved. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we
hold so little about you that there is very little to steal.

Links to other sites

TroveCoupon links out to brands constantly. Once you land on a brand’s site,
you are subject to that brand’s privacy policy, not ours. We are not responsible
for what other sites do with your data.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the “Last updated”
date above.
