A code did not work

This is the message we most want to get. Tell us the brand, the code, and what
the checkout said (“invalid code”, “minimum spend not met”, “expired”), and we
will check it. Reports like yours catch the cases our automated checks miss.

You run a brand and want to be listed

Send us your domain and where your current public codes live. We list brands
that have real, working, publicly available offers. We do not sell placement, and
we cannot promise a listing or keep a dead code up.

Press, partnerships, affiliate networks

Email us with a short description of what you have in mind. Please include the
brand or network you represent.

Legal and privacy requests

Data requests under the GDPR or CCPA, and takedown or trademark notices, go to
the same address — write “Legal” or “Privacy” in the subject line so we route it

What we cannot help with

We are not a shop, so we cannot see your order, change it, cancel it, refund
it, or apply a discount after the fact. For anything about an order you placed,
contact the brand you bought from — they are the only ones who can fix it.
